Family-run for several generations, Altstadthotel Kasererbräu is located in the heart of Salzburg, only a 3-minute walk from the cathedral. This carefully renovated, listed building was constructed in 1342. It is located directly in the city's pedestrian zone, at the foot of Hohensalzburg Fortress. Garages and parking lots are available near the hotel. Altstadthotel Kasererbräu is only a few minutes' walk away from all famous historical sights such as the cathedral, the Residence Square with its fountain, Mozart's birthplace and St. Peter's Monastery. You will also find many traditional Austrian restaurants in the old town, not more than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
